全裕機械廠有限公司成立於西元2002年5月，以自有品牌『NIUTO』行銷於國內、外市場。
本公司是台灣少數擁有自主開發與設計製造能力的自動化典型企業，我們致力於《省力設備、電宰設備、育苗設備、清洗設備》，在不斷擴張事業新版圖的同時培訓各專科相關人才，從《2D/3D繪圖設計、採購管理、零組件加工製造、自動控制程式撰寫、氣壓控制裝配到機械組裝測試及現場規劃到府現場安裝》都是一條龍獨立完成，並替客戶分析、規劃出完善的配套方案，使客戶能在有限的預算下也能選擇適合自己的設備。
Established in May 2002, Chen Rung Machinery Co. Ltd. is well known in domestic and international markets under the brand name “NIUTO”.
Chen Rung is one of the few automated typical enterprises in Taiwan with the capabilities in developing, designing, and manufacturing agricultural machinery. We are specialized in designing and manufacturing “Manpower-saving Equipment”, “Electric Slaughtering Equipment”, “Seeding Machine”, and “Cleaning Equipment”. While continuously expanding the new territory of the business, our company is also committed to training various specialists. We are proud to provide one-stop customized service for our customers from analyzing needs to matching the products, including 2D/3D drawing design, procurement management, component manufacturing, automatic control programming, air pressure control, mechanical assembly and testing. All these procedures are on-site planning and on-site installation. With our products and service, customers will be satisfied with the quality equipment with a reasonable price.
近年來，全裕機械廠更積極採取技術轉移及合作策略，西元2013年爭取科洋機械有限公司同意授權技轉於本公司，增加農業機械產品之廣度，提供客戶更完整的服務。於西元2016年跨足清洗設備與華仕德股份有限公司合作，引進微量氣泡臭氧清洗機整合下游蔬果、肉品清洗業務。更於西元2018年從沅星科技有限公司技術轉移次氯酸水製造技術，積極擴展產品線，追求提高客戶滿意度。
In recent years, Chen Rung Machinery has taken an active approach to acquire technology and cooperate with other companies. In 2013, it purchased a series of products from Go Young Machinery Co., Ltd. agreed to authorize the transfer of technology to our company, increasing the breadth of agricultural machinery products and providing customers with more complete services. In 2016, the company cooperated with Cashido Co. in the cleaning equipment and introduced the ozone cleaning machine to integrate the downstream vegetable and fruit cleaning business. In 2018, the technology of producing hypochlorous acid water was transferred from Chun Mei Co., Ltd. The product line was actively expanded to improve customer satisfaction.
全裕在台灣當地擁有七十多家的配合廠商，堅持使用台灣、日本大廠的電器元件、氣壓元件，且通過多項專利與歐盟國際認證，其目的只為給消費者最穩定、最高品質的產品，以【取之於社會，用之於社會】作為經營理念，期許以優越的品質及熱忱的服務來貢獻國家，我們也虔誠歡迎國內、外工商業界洽談貿易與經濟技術合作！
There are more than 70 subcontractors in Taiwan to support our production. In order to provide the most stable and best quality products, we insist in using electrical and pneumatic components from Taiwan and Japan. Devoting in research and design, Chen Rung is a patent holder in Taiwan, and the product also has CE certification.
